Cranes, Construction sites and buildings are in a variety of completion stages.  Some developments are just now knocking down the old homes and motels to begin while a few are closing out now.  Furniture packages and rental agreements along with condo fees and insurance will add to the monthly payment.  Tourists coming to Florida's Most Beautiful Beaches will have many new units from which to choose.  Rental companies with a strong marketing program including an 800 number for reservations will provide the best bang for the buck for the investor/owner.  Buyers who wish to hold a unit for retirement purposes should also consider the low rise complexes and the units across the street from the Gulf.  Square footage, storage and parking will be added values if your needs do not include Gulf front.  Quality of view is the largest price consideration and units with a sunrise and sunset view will command the highest prices.
